The Sonoran Science Academy - Broadway RoboRocketeers

Sonoran Science Academy - Broadway's RoboRocketry Club had their first launch of the year on October 9, 2009. It was a great day and the rocketeers launched a variety of rockets. Walker Kroubalkian, Rudrakshi Dasika, Lahiru and Oshana Gunasekara, and Brenda and Alan Boldt all launched rockets.

Brenda just missed the time needed for her Parachute Duration requirement for the NATREK Cadet Gemeni Level certificate. But she says she will get that knocked out over the break from school.

The club members will all be working towards their NARTREK Cadet certificates. The first two rockets they will be building will be the Estes Mongoose and Estes Wizard rockets. Some members have already earned some of their NARTREK Cadet certificates.
